How it works ?

1 – First, select a duration to fall asleep – start with 15 minutes.
2 – Place your phone next to you, screen towards the ceiling
3 – Turn off your bedside lamp
4 – Tap on the moon and let yourself be rocked.
Concentrate on the light diffused by your screen and :
– Inhale when orange light expands,
– During color change hold your breath
– Exhale slowly when the red light dims.
Your breathing rhythm will slow down to 5 cycles / minute, optimal to find sleep.
Close your eyes, ZzZz will stop automatically!
