The video in the app demonstrate the basic principles and I encourage you to look at it daily, learn the sequence and actually practice each day for just seven minutes for the next 21 days. After that the practice will be established in you naturally as a passionate and purposeful pleasure. It will be as simple as brushing your teeth or taking a shower, a natural supportive part of your life. This breathing meditation is profoundly helpful and I promise you sublime results, if you promise me you will practice, actually and naturally but not obsessively!
