Set up to three custom daily notifications to remind you to log your moods. The streamlined interface lets you keep track of your moods in seconds per day, and the optional comments field provides an opportunity to record special circumstances, medications, life changes, or anything else that might be relevant to your relative well-being. If you don't have time at the moment, you can always come back and edit your entry to add notes later.

*Note that you must have data in the Health app for health and fitness information to show up in Mood Analyzer. Steps data gets counted automatically by your iPhone, but most other metrics require an app or device to track that data. Mood Analyzer automatically syncs with your Health app to display up-to-date health and fitness info and compare it with your moods.
