Each JogTunes Indie Podcast episode features great indie tracks, arranged in a sequence by BPM that includes a walking warm-up, jogging and running, and a walking cool-down. A new episode is published every month and is instantly available on the app.

The JogTunes Playlists have been prepared by Dr. Bob for great BPM workouts. You need to have an Apple Music Account and Apple Music on your device to play these playlists. Some are arranged in a sequence by BPM that includes a walking warm-up, jogging and running, and a walking cool-down. Other playlists present tracks in a narrow BPM range, for all running or all walking.

The BPM ranges are in the titles of the podcast episodes and the playlists. E.G. a range of 122-180 means that the slowest walking pace is 122 and the fastest running pace is 180. BPM 150s indicates a steady pace of 150.
