Description
To use it you need any Bluetooth 4.0 heart rate sensor.
Fix the belt under your chest. Bluetooth sensor located on the belt monitors your heart rate and sends the data to your iPhone. At every moment of your workout you will know if you are burning fat.
NOTICE: It won't work on old devices without Bluetooth 4.0. You need at least iPhone 4s or iPad 3rd generation or iPad Air.
FIRST TIME USE
Go to Settings, choose your age and sex and then tap music and choose your favourite music from your library. Add as many songs as you like and tap Done. Choose the zones you want your music to be played in. Tap done.
Tap Monitor to observe your heart beat over the time.
Music will play automaticaly when are in selected zones.
