Gevity is comprised of three major components:
1. Dashboard – shows your health status at a glance, across 7 dimensions. These beautiful screens allow you to easily tell if you’re on track.
2. Health Plan – is comprised of four different plans (medication, monitoring, exercise and nutrition), developed by you or domain experts (e.g. personal trainers, exercise physiologists, doctors, nurses etc). The Health Plan drives the management of your health and Gevity monitors your compliance against it.
3. Risk Profile – uses the same clinically proven algorithms used by doctors to predict your future health risks. This helps you understand how your current health and lifestyle choices directly affect your long-term well being.
Gevity also allows you to share your health data to nominated clinicians, caregivers and family members, enabling better disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring. Sharing health data (i.e. linked accounts) requires an In-App Purchase (see details below).
Gevity has a web portal designed specifically for clinicians, which displays your health data in a way they like to see it. This allows others to easily assist in the management of your health, tailor your health plan and monitor your compliance.

Details of In-App Purchase Subscription
– Shared Health Data Subscription
– Length of subscription can be either 1 month or 1 year
– Price of subscription: 1 month (A$4.49) or 1 year (A$49.99)
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be the price of your subscription
– Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
– No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
