My Daily Macros allows you to:

– Calculate your own macronutrient prescription using the included tool, based on Mifflin-St Jeor formula

– Add foods to your journal by searching through a small included list of common foods or adding new foods to your database.

– See your remaining daily macros as you add foods to your journal.

– Customize your meal names and add additional meals if desired. Eat 5 meals a day? Customize to 5 meals. Eat 10 meals a day? Customize to 10 meals.

– Calculate the macros in a food item forwards or backwards. Eg. If you need 9 protein to hit your goal, input 9 under protein to calculate how many grams you should eat. Or if you have 100 grams of food on your plate, input 100 under serving size to calculate the macro values.

– Check off foods as you eat them by marking them as Consumed.
