This application consists of 182 developmental milestones that can be readily observed and identified by a parent. These milestones consist of fine and gross motor skills, language skills, as well as social skills that have been found to be associated with a given age. In general it can be assumed that the majority of children ( but not all) will have exhibited these developmental behaviors by a particular age. Child development is a highly individualized process, and as such, caution should be exercised in drawing any conclusions without first consulting your child's pediatrician or child development specialist.
To use this application, input your child's age to the nearest month. A list of observable milestones will appear that would be expected to have occurred by your child's age. A second list of milestones will be listed for the month prior to your child's age.
