Fitness Mania – 30 Day Abs Challenge is a simple, easy to follow exercise plan for your core. The Routine has been designed by ROC Personal Training, to ensure you have the best Core workout possible. Each day you will be shown what exercises you need to complete, how many reps and the app manages your circuits for you. At the start of each day you will see an Introduction video presented by ROC Personal Training's very own Ross Cracknell. Once you have watched the introduction video, all you need to do is slide each exercise to the left to view a tuition video (Taught by ROC Personal Training), and also read written instructions, to ensure you are working your core as the routine intends you to.

The 30 Day Plan has been put together by Ross who has designed it so everyday you hit all areas of your core, top, bottom and sides. This is vitally important to ensure you're not just targeting one specific area.

Each exercise has a video demonstration to go with it. These videos will show the correct technique along with teaching points to avoid injuries and also ways in which to the make the exercises more challenging. These videos are taught by ROC Personal Training, and demonstrated on Luci, who has completed the ROC Personal Training 30 Day Abs Challenge.

Also included are stretches that will improve your posture. These are really important and should be a part of everyone's daily routine to avoid bad posture and injury.

Each daily challenge should take no longer than 10-15 minutes, and we have designed it this way to ensure you can complete your daily class at any point in your day.

Should you be lucky enough to own an Apple Watch, you will be able to experience a workout where you will not need to scramble for your phone – as each workout is doable entirely from your wrist!
