Key Features SUPERIOR COMFORT AND SUPPORT The seat on your Freemotion Biceps machine features a padded preacher curl to isolate the biceps. With a simple swivel, users can work out unsupported to integrate more muscle groups. The arm support is padded with a rolled edge and seat bottom is also padded with 11.4 cm thick foam for overall fit and comfort. FREEDOM TO MOVE The swivel pulley design combined with the extensive cable travel allows users a wide, fluid range of motion during their strength training. Each handle also moves independently for single and alternative arm exercises. The long cable length allows for full flexion and extension across all exercises, with a single arm length of 213.3cm (84in) and a dual arm length of 106.6cm (42in). ENCLOSED WEIGHT STACK The weight stack (68.0 kg) has been enclosed to limit access to moving parts for added member safety.
