Simply Calories enables you to set a daily goal for your calorie intake.
Simply Calories then helps you to track your daily calories and weight throughout the week. (Metric and US units are supported.)
Its icons indicate your success or shortfall in a simple manner.
As the color on your daily plate icon becomes filled, you can see your progress! Orange means you are on track, while red means you have exceeded your calorie goal for that day.
Knowing your progress at any point throughout the day and week, will help you figure out where to cut or add calories to reach your weekly goals.
(IPHONE users can also opt to share weight and calorie information with the Apple Health Application.)
