Each Level/Class can take as little as 10 min and last up to an hour.
Each pose has a picture, description, modifications of the pose, benefits of the pose, and contraindications as to why someone might not want to do that pose.
This App was created by a yoga instructor and an occupational therapist for all ages and all skill levels. This app is meant to help supplement simple yoga instruction, working with your yoga instructor or therapist is best to provide a safe enviornment and help minimize the risk of injury. The app was designed to progress from level 1 to level 4, but that might not be appropriate for you. Work your way up to the suggested repetitions or amount of time. Work on the poses slowly, and if you need to modify them or the amount of time in them please do. The workouts are meant to be quick and short, and are useful for short breaks in school, or during the day to help energize, calm the mind, and work on the body-mind connection.
