-If you are losing weight so you fit better into your clothes, then take a picture or video of yourself in those clothes now. That way when your craving an unhealthy meal or snack you can open the app, click the motivation tab and REMEMBER why you’re trying to lose weight.
-If you are slimming down for health reasons, put in a picture of the doctors office so you can remind yourself to keep at it to avoid going back there for the wrong reasons.
-If you are trying to shed a few pounds so you can be more active with your kids, put a few pictures and videos of them playing there to remind you that craving isn't that important.
