As we are a TV and Film production at heart we understand the importance of mediation to maximize the potential of our actors, writers, crew and films.
Beginners:
The beginners meditation uses breathing to introduce you to meditation and relaxation. It is excellent for getting to sleep, relieving stress or simply recharging the batteries. It is designed for beginners but can be used by anybody. It is about 6 mins long.
Stillness
The stillness meditation is a 13 minute mediation which takes you on a beautiful journey to island then into a forest. This mediations connects you to your inner stillness and peace which residues in all off us. You will feel revitalized, energized and relaxed after using the mediation. Ideal for daily use.
Actor
The Actor Meditation is specifically for actors to program a character into their minds. It will improve your acting, make it truly real and focused. Ideal for serious actors, should be used for every new character you play. It is about 12 minutes long.
