The app can also help you with your yoga and meditation exercises. It has 3 preset breathing techniques, “Default”, “Equal”, “Abdominal”. The app also lets you control the speed on 'inhale' and 'exhale' to let you suit it to your needs.
The breathing exercises can be done in a variety of position, but we prefer the one you are most comfortable in.
Instructions:
1. Open app and start breathing.
2. Change breathing setting from within the app for suit what exercise you want to do.
