These techniques should be repeatedly practiced with someone, learnt by heart such that these are present in your mind and can be called up as necessary.

We would like to point out here expressly that this App cannot replace proper training by expert teachers and masters. Well-founded skills in self defense can only be acquired through regular training and practice which is absolutely essential. We advise you to take a course in self defense for your own safety.
