Apple Watch
• Set naps solely from Apple Watch, vibrating–tapping you with completion and playing a tune from iPhone's loud speakers (watch will vibrate with regular taptic notification)
• Each Nap comes with a short tip about how the length of the nap may affect your body after you awake
• The last seven naps are graphed to the Glance so you can keep an eye on your weekly naps
• Track longer durations of sleep (non-nap) times, such as when you go to bed and awake, also saved to Health, place the watch on the charger if using for tracking bed sleep. From the companion app's settings, these times can be graphed to the Glance instead of nap times
• Naps greater than 60 seconds will be saved to Health on iPhone
*Tip 1 – Double Press the digital crown when napping to quickly check the remaining time. Tip 2 – Do Not Enable “Do Not Disturb” on your Watch for best results

iPhone
• Simply swipe up and release to choose the perfect power nap times of 10, 20, 30 60, and 90 minute*
• Start a nap on iPhone and finish on Apple Watch (to finish on Apple Watch the iPhone must be locked and in sleep mode)
• Naps greater than 60 seconds will be saved to Apple Health
• Shake to Snooze
*Note when using just the iPhone for naps do not sleep or exit the app for the loudest wakeup call, plugging in to charge is recommended. The Screen Auto-Dims to save battery life.
