Elysabeth Williamson, founder of Priciple-Based Partner Yogaâ„¢, and the author of the award-winning book, The Pleasures and Principles of Partner Yoga, is your guide on this journey. She has been a teacher and innovator in the field of yoga for over twenty-five years. Currently, she is offering teacher training and workshops nationally and internationally as well as virtually.
All instructions are available in basic and extended formats, so you can choose your own comfort level and take it step by step. The app includes 200 instructional photos, featuring 24 men and women of varying ages, sizes, levels of flexibility, and yoga experience. You and your partner can learn how to use propping and proper alignment that work for your bodies. Both partners will receive the benefit of easy-to-follow instruction, allowing you to be fully present to the practice and to each other.
