Counting MACROS? Flexible dieting? My Daily Macros is a simple and INEXPENSIVE option for tracking your meals to hit your macros.
My Daily Macros allows you to:
-Easily input the macro prescription provided to you by your macro coach or a macro calculator.
-Customize your meal names and add additional meals if desired. Eat 5 meals a day? Customize to 5 meals. Eat 10 meals a day? Customize to 10 meals.
-See your remaining macros as you add foods to your journal.
-Add foods to your journal by searching through a small list of common foods or adding new foods to your database.
-Calculate the macros in a food item forwards or backwards. If you need 9 protein to hit your goal, input 9 under protein to calculate how many grams you should eat. Or if you have 100 grams of food on your plate, input 100 under serving size to calculate the macro values.
– Check off foods as you eat them by marking them as Consumed.
