Description
To get you started, the app now includes both 5K and 10K running programs, which are suited for beginners. These 8 week training programs are designed to gradually prepare your body, and to build up your running ability, so that you can run 5 or 10 km, or at least 30 or 60 minutes, non-stop.
If you're a personal training client, your training programs will always be available, right at your fingertips. Also, whenever you have questions or comments about your training program, you can contact your trainer directly through the app.
