You choose your favourite tools, tips and strategies to practise, including autosuggestion techniques, cognitive behavioural therapy, body monitoring, compassion focused imagery, gestalt therapy, guided visualizations, mindfulness meditations, metaphor and storytelling, neuro-linguistic programming, self-hypnosis, and yoga breathing.
