The app calculates burned calories automatically based on workout type and duration!
Manually add the miles or km you ran, the time it took, when you worked out and the amount of calories burned in workouts that weren't tracked, such as indoor fitness. Calories added will count towards Apple Watch Activity Rings and will be saved to Health app via HealthKit.
