Description
Do you want to run at the ideal stride rate of 180 with comfort and ease? JogTunes can help you attain that goal as well as make it fun. Check this out.
The JogTunes Group presents JogTunes BPM, your easy access portal to the JogTunes Indie Podcast and the JogTunes Apple Music Playlists. Just load the app, make a couple of taps, and you're up and running exactly to the beat of major label and indie artists' music — all rated by beats-per-minute (BPM).
Each JogTunes Indie Podcast episode features great indie tracks, arranged in a sequence by BPM that include warm-up, jogging and running, and cool-down stride rates. A new episode is published every month and is instantly available in the app. Most episodes include a maximum stride rate at or around 180.
The JogTunes Apple Music Playlists are prepared by Dr. Bob for great BPM workouts. Some are arranged in a sequence by BPM that includes a warm-up, full running, and a cool-down. Most of these sequenced workouts reach a maximum pace of around 180 BPM. Other playlists present tracks in all-running or all-walking BPM ranges.
New playlists are continually created and appear instantly in the app. Just close the app, relaunch, and tap “Yes” if an update is available. There is no need to delete the app and re-download from the App Store. Please note: You'll need to have an Apple Music Membership and Apple Music on your device to play these playlists.
The BPM ranges are in the titles of the podcast episodes and the playlists. For example, a range of 145-180 means that the slowest pace is a jogging BPM of 145 and the fastest running pace is an ideal stride rate of 180. BPM 150s indicates that all the tracks are in the 150s.
