Keep general notes about your IBS, medication, and foods or drinks you suspect are a problem for you. The app displays a graph of the frequency that you record suspect foods and drinks. The higher the frequency, the more likely that it is a problem food or drink for you. You can export graphs to Facebook or to email accounts. All your entries remain private and there is no advertising or in-App sales. An internet connection is required to download the Low-FODMAP meal lists.
Your App can be used with any diet to track your symptoms as they change, but is designed to ideally be used with symptom-targeted diets available from Eat2beatIBS. At www.eat2beatIBS.com you will get a Diet Treatment Plan targeted to your particular symptoms, whether bloating, gas, diarrhoea or constipation. You will also have access to comprehensive information about IBS, the tests that are needed, and IBS treatment,including diet, medication, etc.
