This workout course will be useful for those who want to lose weight, shred and bulk up without a gym. These 27 days include 18 workout days, 3 task days and 6 rest days. Each workout has power, cardio and static exercises. Now you get to choose how many sets of exercises you do, just decide on the total number. This program also includes CrossFit trainings.
