How will our B-Mind Mindfulness App assist you with this?

• By carrying out the coaching messages and exercises you will learn to focus and to be aware of all signals you would otherwise experience subconsciously. Your well-being and balance will improve as a result among other things. You will be able to configure over a 100 coaching messages by default;
• By practicing the silent or sound meditations (easy to configure) you may learn to recognize your own thought patterns. Feelings of concern will be given less of a chance to emerge and you will heighten your level of concentration. 12 different singing bowls have been included in the app by default;
• By carrying out the guided meditations, learning how to relax will be simple. You may experience regaining control and space and freedom, as a result of this. 5 Guided meditations have been added by default. Free meditations will (automatically) be added on a regular basis;
• You can learn from the experiences of others by exchanging messages.
