Description
You will be guided through the program on a week by week basis according to your specific needs.
An Occupation based program targeting common areas affected by persistent pain including:
– Leisure activities – golf, lawn bowls, running, going to parties, restaurants and the movies
– Relaxation – reading, using computers/tablets, watching television
– Domestics duties – cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping
– Productivity – returning to paid employment or volunteer work
– Personal care – sleep, showering, dressing, grooming
Plus lots more.
Contributions made by a range of Health Professionals including Occupational Therapists, a Nurse, Psychologists and a Health Promotion Officer.
