The United States Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) is designed to test the muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular respiratory fitness of soldiers in the Army. However, they can serve as a basic fitness test for almost everyone since they are easy to perform and has well defined and tested scores for both men and women of different age groups.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
